"Self acclaimed Dancehall king" Shatta Wale is ready to listen to his fans in picking up forms for some of his songs to be nominated for the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA). Yesterday(jan 11), the "Kakai" hitmaker wrote a message on his timeline on Facebook requesting suggestions from his fans.
"I AM GETTING TOO MANY INBOX ABOUT WE SUBMITTING TO THE VGMA FROM MOST OF YOU HERE..WHAT DO YOU THINK WE SHOULD DO..LETS TALK...AM HERE FOR YOU ALL..LETS SHARE IDEAS..#NOTIME"
Shatta Wale had some little misunderstanding with Charter House sometime ago with the said problem still in court. Because of this, his songs were not mentioned in any activity involving the two. However, Shatta Wale revealed earlier this week that the number of messages from his fans can change his idea.
Just today, the leader of the Shatta Movement has decided to listen to his fans and pick a form for nominations of his songs. Shatta Wale is on the point of reclaiming the artist of the year for having released a number of songs both in 2015 and 2016 with most of them becoming hit songs. Example include: Kakai, Hol it, Chairman, to mention but a few.
This is how he revealed his decision in picking the forms today on his personal Facebook account.
"#THANKS SO MUCH YOUR ADVICE FOLKS ..I GOT YOU ALL AND FOREVER WE SHALL MAKE GH PROUD..THANKS FOR BELIEVING IN ME..HAVE A GREAT DAY.#NOTIME"
