The 'Perfect Illusion' singer is spotted leaving a skin care and cosmetic surgery salon favored by the Kardashians after receiving criticism over her slight belly roll.
Did Lady GaGa listen to those critics and decide to care more about her body after criticized about her Super Bowl belly? The 30-year-old singer was spotted visiting a skin care and cosmetic surgery salon, Epione, in Beverly Hills on Thursday, February 9.
The blonde beauty tied her locks into a messy bun as she left the salon, covering part of her face with her arms. She wore a pair of Daisy Dukes, a Tommy Hilfiger sweater, black booties and designer sunglasses. She also sported bright red lipstick.
While she received praises for her breathtaking performance on Sunday's Super Bowl LI, some people chose to focus their attention on her stomach. The "Million Reasons" hitmaker donned a tummy-baring crop top and sparkling hot pants, revealing a slight belly roll.
One of those body shamers was designer Stefano Gabbana, one half of Dolce & Gabbana. He, however, later backtracked his statement and apologized to GaGa. "I know it's strange, but finally something real not retouched! The truth, reality. Yesterday I criticized it too, but I though [sic] about it and I was wrong!!!" he wrote on Instagram.
GaGa herself took to her own Instagram page to respond to those negative comments. "I heard my body is a topic of conversation so I wanted to say, I'm proud of my body and you should be proud of yours too," she posted.
Her Super Bowl LI performance aside, GaGa also makes headlines with her new romance. She was spotted packing on the PDA with CAA talent agent Christian Carino at the Super Bowl over the weekend.
